In 2005, Arturo Fuente released a very limited-edition cigar line named after the sole place it was sold — the world-famous Casa Fuente lounge at the Caesar’s Palace Forum Shops in Las Vegas — the only cigar bar in the world licensed to carry the cherished Fuente name.
In 2012, the line was added to, bringing additional sizes into it, all for sale exclusively at the Casa Fuente lounge/emporium. Over time, however, word of this exceedingly rare family of cigars in the Arturo Fuente lineup spread, and handfuls of Casa Fuente sticks were distributed unofficially at specifically designated cigar events and openings.
For seven vitolas in the Casa Fuente line, Arturo Fuente has taken the oldest Meerapfel/CETAC-grown Cameroon wrapper the brand possessed and spread it around a proprietary blend of premium Dominican tobaccos (a tweaked version of the mixture appearing in a number of the company’s Opus X cigars) sealed with a Dominican binder. For the remaining three vitolas, a natural Ecuadorean wrapper is utilized instead of the Cameroonian one.
Milky and sweet flavors of cinnamon, cocoa, black pepper, nuts and cedar have been noted in this line, along with peppery finishes. Strengths and bodies are medium-to-full, draws tend to be easy, and smoking times are generous.
Now, for an extremely limited time, and in limited quantities, these cigars are available to order, so that you too can experience these exquisite smokes for yourself. Like other A. Fuente limited-edition lines, when these are gone, they’re gone, so don’t hesitate to acquire a quantity of envy-inducing samples of the Casa Fuente collection without making a special trip to Vegas.
