A box of 10 cigars of which I have had the displeasure of attempting to smoke 5 to date. Lanceros that are so incredibly disappointing as to almost defy critique. For starters, the cold draw for 3 of them could be most accurately described as trying to pull air through a number 2 pencil. Plug with stems and so tightly rolled that I came to conclusion that they must have been made by a child. As far as aging and complexity… the tobacco’s have less character than that of newly fallen Autumn Oak leaves. I am not a novice, and have thoroughly enjoyed smoking several vitolas produced by Tatuaje.., and without bands I would never identify these as such. In closing, I have to rate the attempt to smoke them so far as more of an insult than an experience.
